The 3M™ Cubitron™ II Flexible Grinding Wheel is designed to help you grind, shape and sand as fast as possible on a variety of metal materials. Utilising 3M Precision Shaped Grain that cuts fast and cool, while still offering enhanced flexibility.

Flexible and Heat Resistant
This wheel uses a resin bond which is specially designed to resist thermal and deterioration that can occur during grinding. This bond is very tough and excellent for aggressive work on hard and soft surfaces. The semi-flexible construction enables the user to apply the abrasive evenly across shaped surfaces to achieve a smoother finish.

The 3M ™ Cubitron™ II Flexible Grinding Wheel has all of the unique benefits that operators appreciate about our Cubitron™ II abrasives, including fast cut rate, long service life, and less heat stress. These are all due to the 3M™ Precision Shaped Grain found on this wheel. Precision-shaped grain combines the advanced material properties of Cubitron™ II grain with the precise micro-replicated structures pioneered in 3M™ Trizact™ Abrasives. As these shaped structures wear, they continuously fracture to form sharp points and edges that slice through the substrate. The result is a wheel that cuts fast and lasts longer conventional crushed grain.
